The ABSH Language Arts Competition, held on February 14 at Macris School, brought together approximately 650 students from nearly 20 bilingual schools across Honduras, creating a vibrant space to celebrate academic excellence and the power of communication. The competition featured four rigorous categories: Spelling in English, Speech in English, Deletreo in Spanish, and Oratoria in Spanish — each designed to challenge students’ mastery of language, confidence, and critical thinking.

Discovery School proudly earned 12 awards in the Speech and Oratoria categories, a remarkable achievement that reflects the strength of our academic program and our commitment to developing articulate, confident communicators. These recognitions are not simply trophies; they are evidence of the preparation, mentorship, and individualized guidance our students receive every day.

At Discovery School, we believe that excellence is cultivated through high expectations, personalized support, and meaningful opportunities to grow. Our students’ success at ABSH demonstrates how we bring out the very best in each learner — empowering them to find their voice, express their ideas with clarity, and compete with distinction at a national level.
