At Discovery School, students are given meaningful opportunities to debate, research, and think critically about global issues—developing the skills needed to lead with purpose and perspective.
Our students proudly represented the school at ASTMUN II, a formal Model United Nations conference held at the American School of Tegucigalpa from January 15 to January 17, with six schools participating. Throughout the conference, our delegation demonstrated strong research skills, thoughtful analysis, and effective diplomacy while presenting well-prepared initiatives.

Their dedication and preparation were recognized with outstanding awards:
Luciana Chan (G10) – Best Research, DISEC
Emma Rapalo (G11) – Best Diplomacy, ITU
Luciana Nuñez (G12) – Best Diplomacy, WHO
We extend our sincere thanks to Ms. Laura and Mr. Jack for their guidance and commitment as Model UN coaches. Their support was essential in preparing our students for this high-level academic experience.
