A group of parents and three teachers came together to establish the Discovery School. The School is accredited by Honduras Ministry of Education, the U.S. Department of Defense Dependent Schools and by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. Discovery commenced operations in August 1994, with grades pre-kindergarten though grade 6. The first graduation of Seniors took place in June 2003. Sixty six percent of our students are international (comprising over 22 nationalities) and 34% are Honduran.
